• We do not store your Google password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.

• Ask questions about the content.
• Receive AI-generated answers.

Important: AI-generated answers may contain inaccuracies. Do not rely on them as legal, medical, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for verifying any information provided by the Service.

5. Subscription and Payment

• The Service operates on a subscription basis.
• Pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods are detailed on our Pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use the Service for purposes that violate applicable laws.

7. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of PDFs you upload.
• You grant REELZE LTD a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and analyze your files solely for providing the Service.
• We do not claim ownership over AI-generated outputs.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in prohibited conduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
• REELZE LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
